I've had the Bruxies sweet sandwiches before, but never a savory one, so when my aunt wanted to take me out to lunch there, I grabbed the chance to try one. I chose this one in particular because I am a huge fan of smoked salmon, but just as a forewarning, it is an acquired taste, so if you're not much of a fish person, I'd stay away. When the sandwich came out, the waffle was still warm from the maker. However, it was a bit soft, but not soggy at all (note: the dessert sandwich we got after had a much crispier waffle, thank god), There was about two slices of salmon on the sandwich, both on the thicker side. It was a generous amount, but not so much as to make the sandwich overly fishy or salty. The chive cream was fresh and delicious, and there was just enough to complement the salmon and not override it. The only complaint I had was that I wished there was more cucumber. The extra crunch was dearly needed to keep the texture of the sandwich interesting. Other than that, it was a solid sandwich. But next time, I'm getting the fried chicken.
P.s Had bites of the Bruxie burger (decent), Pastrami (would recommend), Proscuitto (wouldn't get again), fried chicken (my personal favorite), and Nutella and banana (couldn't have been bad there was Nutella).
Review; WOW. This was an amazing first breakfast burrito. This burrito was the first breakfast burrito I've ever had and it has set the standards for all others to follow pretty high. I'm not a huge pork bacon fan because of the chewiness, but this bacon doesn't have a lot of the fat, and it's almost ALL crunchy. The potatoes and eggs in it made it absolutely wonderful and WOW. It was just great. Oh by the way, there are no beans in here because I requested it that way! It normally does come with beans!

I ate till I thought I was going to die. This is some of the most amazing stuff I've ever had in my life. I went back in 2 days to get more. It was only available for 4 days. Review: As far as I know, I've never tried a buttermilk biscuit. I mean, I guess I could've considering I've had countless biscuits in my life, but no one's ever given me a biscuit labeled, "buttermilk biscuit." So I didn't expect the sourness of the buttermilk to be so prevalent. I'm not a huge fan of the sour flavor, but the consistency of the biscuit was relatively nice. Not too dry, but not extremely buttery. This definitely wasn't a flaky biscuit though.
Chicken Pot Pie Stew:
Review: Wow, maybe I wasn't cut out to review something like this. I've NEVER had chicken pot pie. So all of you guys are welcome to cook some up for me! But this stew was pretty good! Considering I really only eat desserts at Souplantation, I didn't have too much to expect, but this soup was creamy and had a good amount of flavor. It has chunks of chicken, carrots, and other assorted vegetables.
Review: I've only starting liking stuffing last year, and I haven't had very many encounters with it, so it was always iffy whether I actually liked it or not. But this sandwich confirmed any doubts I had about it. Cranberry sauce, on the other hand, was something I always found disgusting, but it works EXTREMELY well in this sandwich. It's the perfect ingredient to bring together the turkey and stuffing. Overall, this is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had in my life and I can't wait to try more items from their menu.
